We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing Workday solutions while working closely with functional consultants, project stakeholders, and clients. You will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing Workday implementations across various business functions.

The Workday Developer will handle configuration and development across Workday modules, build and maintain integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, and create calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and business processes. You will also support deployments, enhancements, and post-go-live activities while ensuring system stability, data security, and performance. Troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues will be an essential part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on Workday development experience with a strong understanding of Workday architecture, data models, integrations, and reporting. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with U.S.-based clients, Workday certifications, and exposure to
Agile delivery models will be considered a plus.
