We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will work on Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration. You will design workflows, automation, validations, and custom objects, as well as integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs. You will also be responsible for debugging, testing, deployments, and post-deployment support to ensure solution stability and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and best practices. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications, experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and exposure to Agile delivery models are considered a plus.
